“Yoga is an incredibly hopeful practice.  Its purpose is to give you the tools and techniques you need to inform, reform and transform your body, your life and the way you engage with the world around you.  We will work in a practical and pragmatic way for you to take home insights, cultivate awareness, become well integrated and fully embodied.  It’s a trusted recipe to help you reorient yourself and keep you on a path steadily moving toward joy.”

“Working with Cassandra is incredibly therapeutic and satisfying. She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in her explanations. I would highly recommend working with her.”

Cassandra can help anyone in any phase of their life feel their best. Speaking for myself, she was my teacher for years before I was pregnant, during my pregnancy, and now that my daughter is born she is again helping me heal and build strength. Cassandra has incredible knowledge and shares her insights with an approachability, positivity, and grace that is truly something special. I would recommend her as a teacher to anyone at any skill level!

Cassandra is one of the best if not THE best yoga instructors I have ever had. This is primarily due to three reasons. First, Cassandra is a very clear communicator, which greatly helps her students when she is running a class, both in person and remotely. Second, she is a very close observer and very helpful in recommending approachable adjustments, which I find valuable as somebody relatively new to yoga. Third, and most importantly, Cassandra has an incredible energy. She is so warm, so serene, and so deeply kind it makes taking yoga with her a real joy. Being in her class is very centering, and very refreshing, and greatly aids me in my daily life.
